I am looking to sublet my very nicely furnished room in San Francisco for one month while traveling in Thailand.
The room is very large, has its own bathroom,closet, hardwood floors, direct TV, the works. Comes furnished with my very comfortable brand spanking new posturpedic bed and comfy reading couch. The house has all amenities, washer, dryer, dishwasher, back yard, full kitchen, another bathroom, work space for sewing if your into that. (that's what I do) comfortable living room with working fireplace and big screen TV.
The room will be available for move in on January 31st and would end March 1st.

Looking for either a housing trade, your place for mine at a reasonable rate or simply another traveler looking to explore SF for a month.

House is very chill, 420 friendly and open minded. Not interested in persons who have drug problems, will be partying every night or bringing excessive guests to the house. Must have a respect for peoples property and space.
